Terms & Conditions

For bookings with two people or more we do our best to allocate persons travelling together in the same room. However due to circumstances out of control this may not always be possible and we therefore can not guarantee that all persons within a booking for 2 or more persons will be able to stay in the same room.

(1 to 4 people)

Cancellations and changes of bookings made 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur any charges. If they are made less than 48 hours before check-in, the first night of the last confirmed booking will be charged.

(5 people and more)

Cancellations and changes of bookings for groups are free of charge only one month prior to the arrival. If they are made within the week the full amount of the last confirmed booking will be charged.

Earliest check in is 15.00 – you can arrive earlier and use the facilities if necessary
Identification required at check-in – only UK drivers’ licence, passport or identity cards accepted
A £10 refundable deposit is required at check in. The deposit is required for each person and will refunded again at check out.
Check out is strictly 12.00
We will store your luggage for free before check-in and after check-out if required

Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer available
Washer and dryer (£3.00/£1.00)
We occupy the same building as The Lanes – http://www.thelanesbristol.com
The Lanes has club nights so please be aware that Friday and Saturday nights in particular are quite musical until about 3am.

Individual Bookings (1 to 4 people)

Booking can only be made with the payment equal to the value of the first night’s stay. Please note that we can not guarantee that all guests of the group will be in the same room!

We require a refundable £10 key deposit per person on arrival. This can be paid with cash or credit card on and will be refunded again upon check-out.

Group bookings (5 people or more)

We require 10% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. Full payment of the booking must be made up to one month prior to arrival. If you are booking beds within the week please pay as soon as we can confirm availability.

Separate Security Deposit is required for group bookings. These are need to be made as lump-sum payments and are payable on arrival:

£150 for bookings of 5-9 people
£200 for bookings of 10-15 people
£300 for bookings of 16-24 people
£500 for bookings of 25 people or more
